1. ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE • Relevant experience in Sales preferably in the hospitality industry. • Ability to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage. • Can work independently and able to work long and irregular hours. • Must posses own vehicle.
2. SALES COORDINATOR • Relevant experience in Sales preferably in the hospitality industry. • Those without experience but have a strong desire to take up a hotel sales career are also encouraged to apply. • Ability to converse in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects will be an advantage. • Can work independently and able to work long and irregular hours.
3. F&B SUPERVISORS (CHINESE RESTAURANT & COFFEE HOUSE) • Strong knowledge and capability of overall F&B Service and Operations. • Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Ability to converse in Chinese dialects is essential for F&B Supervisor in Chinese Restaurant. • Strong supervisory skills.
4. F&B CAPTAIN (BANQUET, COFFEE HOUSE & CHINESE RESTAURANT) • Good knowledge and capability of F&B Service and Operations in Restaurant and/or Banquet. • Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Ability to converse in Chinese dialects is essential for F&B Captain in Chinese Restaurant.
5. CHEF DE PARTIE – WESTERN CUISINE • Relevant experience in a hotel with strong background in Western cuisine. • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Knowledge and ability in good food presentation and product development. • Strong supervisory skills.
6. PURCHASING ASSISTANT • The candidate will be in charge of doing all the purchases of the Hotel. • Must be computer literate and have knowledge of basic accounts. • Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese dialects will be an advantage.
7. MAINTENANCE OFFICER / EXECUTIVE • Candidate will be in charge of the technical maintenance of the Hotel. • Possess an A0 Chargeman Certificate or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Maintenance. • Good knowledge in electrical, air conditioning, and building maintenance. • Must be pro-active and resourceful.
